The AS810SD is a small shredder that delivers big on protecting your identity. It can tear up as many as eight sheets of paper in one go, shredding them into ¼-inch strips. Going at a rate of 9.7 inches per minute, your letters, which are often written on 8½" x 11" pieces of stationeries, and your legal documents printed on 8½" x 14" papers are cut up in approximately one minute.
You can even cut up your expired ATM cards, credit cards, and identification cards to keep thieves from getting their hands on them. If you store valuable information on CDs and DVDs, they too have to be destroyed before throwing them out. The Aurora shredder will also do that for you. While papers, ATMs, and credit cards can be inserted into the same slot, there is another one for CDs and DVDs that has tougher blades that can handle these thick materials without significantly affecting their cutting edges.
